- Provide problem resolution for ING Windsor customers working from a ticket queue using ManageNow.
- Troubleshoot & resolve Windows, software and hardware issues. Remotely resolve issues whenever possible using DameWare.
- Reinstall software, or dependency software, such as dot NET Framework, Java, Sybase or Citrix.
- Prepare computers for deployment with the latest ING build image.
- Provide emergency refresh when necessary, installing software specific to customer needs, migrating data, configuring Outlook, printers, network drives, etc.
- For failing hard drives, necessary to make clone of failing drive to new drive using DiskPatch software.
- Responsible for repairs of computers, monitors and printers, creating repair tickets and shipping when necessary to vendors. Provide simple laptop repairs such as replacing keyboards, touchpads, wireless cards, etc.
- Created two HTA/VBScript software applications used by other IBM personnel.
- The Software Inventory Tool was designed to remotely get computer software listings for ING nationwide customers used by IBM nationally. Created the IBM Software Inventory script for TPMX.
- The Data Migration Tool was written to automate the migration of ING customer data from computer to computer or backup and restore of data using any intermediary, including network shares.
